Lit up and loud, this Baja 275 received some awesome sight and sound add-ons.

We ran with the factory CD player that is located on the port side. But we added two hardwired remote controls, a digital version for the driver and a non-digital on the transom.

Just inside the cabin bulkhead we installed a JL Audio six-channel amplifier that drives the eight speaker cockpit system. A vinyl-wrapped birch trim ring conceals all wiring.

Twin sets of Clarion marine separate components are placed at the front of the cockpit so you’ll get enough sound while standing up in the bolster seats at a high speed. We also installed a pair of step lights at the front of the cockpit.

Recessed in the combing pockets, a pair of Clarion marine coaxils are directed at the rear bench seat occupants. A pair of courtesy lights illuminate each pocket.

Two Clarion marine 10-inch free-air subs were installed under the rear bench seat and are accompanied by a pair of step lights.

3/4-inch thick resin-coated birch baffle rings reinforce the fiberglass. Strengthening the baffle significantly reduces unwanted resonance and yields tighter sounding bass.

Controlled by a switch at the helm, red step lights at the four corners of the cockpit light up the entire deck’s perimeter at night.
Red courtesy lights illuminate the drink holders.
As part of the courtesy package the engine compartment intake vents received indirect blue LED lights that are sealed in clear tubes. The interior red and exterior blue scheme matches the Baja’s red and blue graphics.
