The following flip-down screen
is ceiling mounted over the galley. This same overhead set-up
is commonly used in small midship cabins where space is limited.
When not in use, the LCD screen folds up out of the way.
With built-in lighting.
The screen is positioned so that it is convenient to view
when seated over the dinette table or when crashing in the v-berth.
The custom made bezel is wrapped in the factory vinyl.
The
DVD player is concealed behind a rolling cabinet door. With
the infrared target located in the monitor, the DVD is operable
by remote control even when behind a closed door.
The theater soundtrack is inputted directly into the stereo
system and plays through the cabin speakers that are behind
cloth grills in the forward cabinet pockets. And, it sounds
great!
Typical options include a stereo system remote control
pad in the v-berth, a game port for a PlayStation or portable
camcorder plus infrared wireless headsets for private listening.
Also, a TV tuner, UHF/VHF antenna and a transom ship-to-shore
antenna hook-up for satellite TV are popular upgrades.
Flip-down LCD screens range from 7 inches to 15 inches. Models
are available with a built-in overhead DVD player. We also
offer overhead monitors that motorized open/ close/ swivel
and tilt by IR remote control.
