An Alpine LCD display was custom-fitted into the console
of this Chevy Dually pickup truck.
With the basic monitor controls on the face of the LCD and
a full-featured navigation remote control, the monitor is
the only exposed component of the navigation system. The DVD
drive is hidden within the center console. |
Originally the console housed a bezel containing two small
storage pockets and two DC accessory outlets. We removed the
factory bezel which remains intact and available for subsequent
installation.
A new LCD monitor was created to fit the indexing and contours
of the surrounding console and was wrapped in a matching vinyl.
The DC plugs were transferred over to the new piece. |
