Kenwood audio products are sold throughout the U.S. by Kenwood Authorized Dealers. We train Kenwood Authorized Dealers to demonstrate and provide after-sale support for our products. We provide a manufacturer's warranty only on Kenwood products sold by Kenwood Authorized Dealers. A Note About Unauthorized Dealers

There are some dealers who sell our products but are not authorized to do so. These dealers may offer our products for sale via direct retail sales, mail order or the Internet. The products they sell may be acquired through illegal methods or through questionable business practices. These goods may be damaged, defective, used or refurbished. They might be counterfeit. They might not be designed for use in the U.S.

Many unauthorized dealers do not offer any after-sale support or service. Also, some of these dealers engage in fraudulent practices to avoid responsibility for after-sale problems.
