Sure, you can buy virtually anything you want over the internet.
The question is do you want to purchase your mobile electronics
from an e-store versus a brick and mortar store?

installed locally there is zero accountability for the performance.
Predictably the e-commerce company points the finger at the
installer while the installer accepts no responsibility for
